At this location, wellness means that you feel completely at ease and relaxed. Within the H2O Refugium you can create your own personal recreation programme. Have a look around and enjoy exactly the activities that are good for you. In our shop, you will find all offers and information about bookings.
We are happy to accept your reservation online.
We kindly ask you to arrive at the Refugium 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment. Out of consideration for other guests, please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time without any reduction in price. Changing time and a short relaxation period afterward are included in the treatment duration.
Please note: tuesday is ladies’ sauna day!
On those days gentlemen are welcome to use the facilities except for the Sauna.

For an original gift idea, why not choose one of our wellness vouchers? You can decide the amount yourself. These are available from the sauna cashier or online at shop.freizeiteinrichtungen-herford.de (german). The H2O-Herford offers you the option of printing any vouchers purchased online in the comfort of your own home.
