Climate protection initiative: Ventilation renovation at H2O Herford

The team of H2O-Herford is always looking for innovative and new ways to make your stay in the worlds of H2O-Herford even more comfortable. Currently, the ventilation system in the H2O leisure pool is being renovated, which will also save CO² after the renovation. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety on the basis of a resolution of the German Bundestag.

One of the focal points of BMU's "National Climate Protection Initiative" is municipal climate protection. With the National Climate Protection Initiative, the Federal Environment Ministry has been initiating and supporting numerous projects that contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions since 2008. Its programmes and projects cover a broad spectrum of climate protection activities: from the development of long-term strategies to direct support and investment promotion measures. This diversity guarantees good ideas. The National Climate Protection Initiative contributes to anchoring climate protection on site. Consumers as well as companies, municipalities and educational institutions benefit from it.
